Leaving a Legacy to the Cathedral of the Annunciation
Only about 30% of Americans have a will. A will (or, alternately, a trust) is the only legal way to ensure your worldly goods are distributed as you desire after you die. If you don’t have a will or trust (or haven’t reviewed one you have in several years), now is a good time to consult with an attorney or online resources.
And while you are at it, please consider a bequest to the Cathedral of the Annunciation. The following language can be adjusted by your legal advisor.
"I give, devise, and bequeath $_____ to the Pastor of the Cathedral of the Annunciation, a corporation sole, TAX I.D. # 14-1988993. The Cathedral of the Annunciation may be contacted at 425 W. Magnolia Street, Stockton, CA 95203; (209) 463–1305."
